Candid After Hours Wall Street Advice For Free
Sixty-hour work weeks give us no time for real hobbies. This stock market talk show is our only
chance to get out of the house and give something back to the community without actually
learning anything new!  Sitting around after work reading Value Line, drinking and talking about
stock ideas is something we've been doing for 25 years. Now's your chance to get in on it.

Our Credentials
We have MBAs from good schools, extensive Wall Street resumes and the skills to offer a
serious professional review of Value Line's weekly Investment Survey.  In our careers we
have advised the best portfolio managers at the biggest firms and have provided valuation
advice to Chairmen and CEOs in dozens of capital markets transactions.  Our bosses would not
be appreciative of our candor, so we want to be clear that we create these shows on
weekends as a hobby and for ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY!

Value Line has been a client of our sell-side analysis from time to time although not currently.
We are not affiliated with Value Line, although we read Value Line as a professional resource
of value-added information about stocks and encourage our listeners to subscribe - we do.

Sincerely,

Val Hughes & Vern Value

We are 25-Year Veteran Wall Street Analysts Who Have Had to Take On Secret Identities
To Bring You Our Candid Views from each week's Value Line Investment Survey.
As working analysts from well known Wall Street firms, we have had to go underground in order
to keep our jobs and freely provide our unfiltered recommendations on a handful of stocks from
each week's Value Line Investment Survey.  You have seen us quoted in the newspaper and our
faces on TV.  But our employers would never let us discuss our unvarnished views on these
stocks.  We've electronically altered our voices so they'll never know!
